Deliver and Pay at home (rembours)

Standard Delivery Time
3 to 5 workingdays

Location of Delivery
Your order will be delivered by TNT Post to the address as mentioned in your profile, you will pay to the postman.

Time of Delivery
Tuesday to Friday. Two delivery attempts will be made. After that you can pick-up your package at the nearest postoffice for 3 weeks.

Track & Trace
At all times your orderstatus is available in your account.
During transport track en trace is available at TNT Post.
Your Track en Trace URL will be e-mailed on shippingdate.

Privacy
Your package will be label homeaddress only and shipped with the extra service signature for delivery.

Notification
In order to avoid fraud (somebody else places an order on your behalve), we ask you kindly to confirm your order.
This can be done easy by replying to your orderconfirmation with "AGREED".

Tarieven
Het standaard tarief bedraagt € 9,95, vanaf een goederenbedrag van € 125,00 betaald u slechts € 6,95! Het minimale goederenbedrag is € 0,00, het maximale goederenbedrag voor deze wijze van bezorgen is € 2.500,00.

After notification you can pick-up your order at our warehouse / offices in Gieten (Drenthe).

Time of Delivery
During opening hours and after making an appointment:

Monday to Thursday at 10:00AM to 16:30PM
Friday at 10:00AM to 16:00PM
Closed between 12:00 en 13:30

Track & Trace
De status of your order can be viewed in your account.

Privacy
If you prefer to maintain anonymously it's allowed to use "X" at your profile during check-out. An e-mailaddress is required for correspondence.

Remarks
Changing your order at our warehouse is not possible.
